At the front of the room were Rhett, Deputy Director the Supreme Strategic Advisory Center; Finlo Keane, Commander of the Central Command Center; and Vice Commanders Jack and Hunter.

Also present were the Twelve Great Warriors of Dragon Soul and commanders from various military zones involved in the South Panacea Ocean winter drill

Finlo looked over the Command Center, where all the commanders for the winter drill were gathered, then began speaking. “Per orders from higher–ups, the South Panacea Ocean winter live–fire drill will officially commence tomorrow.

“The four fleets taking part in the drill will each receive special identification numbers.

“These will range from D001 to D004.

“Jack will be in charge of the operation, with Hunter serving as the Chief of Staff.

“Fleet D001 will be led by Flint, while Spike will command D002…

After going over the lineup for the winter drill, Finlo turned to Rhett. “Lord Southmere, please address the gathering.

Rhett scanned the room, his gaze locking with the generals. In a low, firm tone, he said, “Generals, Draconia has always been known for its hospitality, spreading a message of peace and coexistence across the globe.

“We seek a future built on harmony and prosperity, welcoming all to join us.

“Yet, some dishonest individuals, driven by greed, covet our wealth and our successes, forcing us to reveal our claws when necessary.

“Otherwise, these intruders will come to believe that the mighty dragon, of the East slumbers in the abyss, never to awaken.

“Master Ramsey has already avenged the World of Darkness, ridding Dragon Manor of the criminals who once terrorized it. To protect the people of Draconia and preserve our peaceful land, he has come to terms with our high command.

“But now, group’s like the Panacea Ocean Warriors Alliance and the Dark Syndicate–desperate for survival -are aligning themselves to challenge Master Ramsey

“We had no intention of getting involved.

“The Mecria Prime Minister personally met with Divine Drakebane for an hour, but they’ve kept the details of the meeting confidential.

Caym frowned slightly. “No major disruptions, then?”

“Correct. The Special Intelligence building has been quiet. Only a few guards from the Mecria Royal Family were seen there.”

“No, no, no,” Caym muttered thoughtfully. “In my view. Divine Drakebane and the Mecria Royal Family must have struck some kind of private deal.

“I know that Garren, Lord Southmere of Draconia, and the Dragon Lord share a strong connection.

Caym lowered his head in thought, muttering to himself.

“Our intel suggests that the commander of the winter drill is General Grayson, leader of the Twelve Great Warriors of Dragon Soul, with General Baxter as Chief of Staff.

“The commanders of fleets D001 to D004 include Flint, Spike, Franco, and other members of the Twelve Great Warriors.

“Additionally, two mysterious aircraft carrier fleets are also participating.

“What does this mean? Clearly, they are backing up Jethro’s negotiation team.”

Caym’s eyes widened in surprise.

As they spoke, Freya and Talia scanned the members of Jethro’s team.
