My Dady BR 351
Chapter 351 Thank Goodness for Ms Robin

Alfred's eyes softened as he met her radiant sinile. With deep sincerity, he said, "Thank you, Ms. Nelson. Thank you for coming into Mr. Emyr's life."
Had Ms. Nelson not stepped into Mr. Emyr's world without hesitation, he would still be lost, caged by his own despair.
But she appears-like a beam of light no darkness can resist-restoring his spirit and breathing new life into his heart, Alfred secretly thought to himself.
"Alfred, you are exaggerating!"
Charmaine continued consoling Alfred. After a moment's thought, she asked, "What kind of birthday gifts has Mr. Emyr received before?"
Alfred wiped away a tear and began listing the gifts Emyr had received in the past. "The crocodile pond was the gift Mr. Emyr's grandfather gave him for his seventh birthday. The Maybach convoy was the present his father gave him for his coming-of-age birthday, and the Monet painting in the study is..."
Charmaine's lips twitched slightly as she added, "Uh, I think I can come up with a birthday gift on my own! Alfred, I'm heading to work now."
"Yes, as long as it's from you, Mr, Emyr will definitely like it. Remember that sapphire brooch you gave him before? He wears it all the time."
Charmaine blushed as she remembered that just a few days ago, he had worn that very brooch to an investor dinner.
After saying goodbye to Alfred, Charmaine arrived at the hospital for her shift. As she passed the Traditional Medicine Dispensary, she heard a harsh, unforgiving rebuke coming from inside. "How long are you going to keep up this pace of preparing medicine? Are you planning to make the patients wait forever?"
That biting, sharp voice was all too familiar-it was Freya's.
What sort of trouble was she up to now?
Charmaine walked on and noticed several cameras aimed at the window of the Traditional Medicine Dispensary.
Inside the Traditional Medicine Dispensary, nearly ten staff members were weighing herbs with handheld scales. They were being scolded by Freya-each one lowering their head-yet their hands kept moving steadily, albeit slowly and methodically. With her hands on her hips, Freya barked orders as if she were about to jab her finger into their faces.
"Why are you dawdling? In a hospital of this size, can't you find a few electronic scales? How much time are you going to waste weighing herbs manually?" she thundered. "You're so stupid and ignorant!"
"You're the ignorant one."
Charmaine moved to the window, her face set in a cold expression. The moment she appeared, the staff inside lit up as if they'd seen a savior, exclaiming, "Ms. Robin!"
The cameras promptly swung its focus toward her.noveldrama
The instant Freya caught sight of her, her eyes flared with fury.

She wondered-since Robin and Freya had no dealings-why was Freya staring at her with such hate? Could it be that she resented her for stealing the spotlight on her show?
Unperturbed by the risk of angering Freya further, Charmaine turned to the increasingly impatient patients queuing outside for their medicine and explained carefully, "Using handheld scales in Traditional Medicine isn't meant to trouble anyone. The ingredients are so potent that even a one-gram difference can be critical. Every fraction of the herb matters, affecting the patient's condition and even overall health.
"Compared to electronic scales, which might malfunction after long-term use, handheld scales remain the most reliable and convenient method for measuring herbs. The doctors have everyone's well-being in mind, so please be understanding and let them do their jobs."
She said this because she didn't want Freya's misguided direction to incite more anger toward the hardworking staff.
Yesterday, she found herself cornered by a crowd. The feeling of being publicly criticized and misunderstood was not easy to bear, and she understood that all too well. She definitely didn't want the same to happen to the doctors in the Traditional Medicine Dispensary.
Upon hearing her explanation, the previously impatient and confused onlookers suddenly understood, exclaiming, "We never knew that weighing herbs required such precision; we almost blamed the doctors by mistake!"
"You must be Ms. Robin, right? We saw you online yesterday and never expected you to be so impressive... After hearing your explanation today, everything is crystal clear!"
"Yes, compared to life and health, waiting a little longer is no big deal-everyone should be considerate!"
“Thank goodness for Ms. Robin; otherwise, my temper might have gotten the better of me, and I would have ended up swearing. How heartbreaking it would be
to hurt the hearts of those tireless doctors!"
"Yes, yes-thank goodness for Ms. Robin ...
The doctors weighing herbs inside the Traditional Medicine Dispensary also
turned toward Charmaine, their eyes filled with gratitude.
